Per has a background in private equity and investment banking focusing on the media, information services, entertainment, advertising and retail sectors.

Prior to joining Nextec Strategic Capital in 2003, Per held the position of Investment Manager for 5 years with Bure Equity, one of northern Europe's largest and most successful investment groups. Per was responsible for all the M&A and Corporate Finance activities within the investment area of media and information services and headed a large number of M&A transactions (in excess of $400 million) and strategic advisory projects in the broader media sector (as well as other sectors) in Europe and Asia-Pacific. During his time with Bure Equity, Per also co-founded and then led the building of what became the leading communications agency group in Scandinavia with revenues of $80 million after its first four years of operation.

Prior to Bure Equity, Per co-founded Globe Investment, an asset management company.

Per holds a Master of Science degree in Business Economics, Financial Economics and Mathematical Statistics from the Gothenburg University (Sweden).
