Graham has twenty years' investment banking experience in capital raisings, M&A, advisory and project financings. He specialises in advising on the Finance and Resources sector.

Graham has twenty years' experience in Investment Banking having worked for Morgan Grenfell plc, Deutsche Bank and the Commonwealth Bank. His experience includes advising on a large number of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and the provision of finance to companies such as QBE, Swiss re, Eureko bv, AGL, Woodside and Mitsubishi Corporation. Graham has also floated many companies including APT, Cumnock Coal and National Mutual Holdings (now AXA Asia Pacific). He is a fellow of Finsia, and Associate of ASCPA, holds Masters Degrees in Science (Physics) and Commerce (Finance) and studied at Kyoto University, Japan.
