Nextec acted as corporate advisor to the board of directors and the beneficial shareholders of the market leading on-line travel classifieds company Totaltravel.com, on the capital raising and partial sell-down of shares completed in September 2007.

Nextec's transaction management role included full responsibility for preparing investor information presentations and financial packages, management of the due diligence process and negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms.
