RSVP.com.au Pty Ltd
Nextec acted as corporate advisor to the vendors of Australia's largest online dating site, RSVP.com.au, which was sold to Fairfax Digital Limited in July 2005 for $39 million. The transaction was run as a managed sale process and considerable price tension was achieved from a large number of interested bidders.
Nextec's transaction management role included full responsibility for preparing investor information presentations and financial packages, management of the due diligence process and negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms. |
