Nextec acted as corporate advisor to the vendors of Rehame Australia Monitoring Services, Australia's second largest media monitoring group, which was sold to Media Monitors Australia in June 2006. The transaction was run as a managed sale process with considerable price tension being achieved from a number of interested bidders.
Nextec's transaction management role included full responsibility for preparing investor information presentations and financial packages, management of the due diligence process and negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms. |
