Nextec acted as corporate adviser to the shareholders of Australian Poker League Pty Limited, the world’s largest free poker league and global market leader in the provision of free-to-play poker as entertainment in pubs and clubs. Nextec completed a sale of 50% of the shareholders stake to WIN Corporation in September 2008.

Nextec’s transaction management role included full responsibility for the preparation of an information memorandum, management of the due diligence process and negotiation of legal documents and commercial terms.
