Nextec acted as corporate advisor to the board of directors of the ASX listed InfoChoice Limited, a leading on-line provider of financial information, on the sale of the company to Once Pty Limited (part of the Singapore based Yanlord Group) in January 2008.

Nextec's transaction management role included full responsibility for preparation of documentation and management of the due diligence process as well as negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms.
