Nextec acted as corporate advisor to enterprise software and services company The Distillery Pty Ltd in managing a private capital raising process completed in January 2005. In this role Nextec's responsibilities included provision of strategic advice, preparation of the investor information documentation, marketing of the investment to a range of venture capital and high net worth private investors and negotiation of legal documentation and commercial terms. |
